Engineered for performance and usability, X5 wireless extenders are built around Wi-Fi 6 to provide the capacity, efficiency, coverage, and performance required by today’s most demanding consumers. even in the most demanding Wi-Fi environments allow service providers to reliably and securely deliver high-quality Wi-Fi to any location in a subscriber’s home.
One or more X5 Extenders are capable of being part of a HomeAssure®Managed Wi-Fi solution. HomeAssure® delivers optimized, high-performance Wi-Fi to every corner of the home, while offering ease of use for the consumer and reduced OpEx costs for the service provider. Reliable Wi-Fi that supports a host of current and emerging use cases; from streaming ultra-high-definition movies, online gaming, to business applications, allowing customers to stay connected and productive.
Multiple X5s may also be used as a stand-alone mesh Wi-Fi network for use with any home gateway or router.
The X5 includes a full suite of remote management features to ensure optimal customer experience and to reduce operator operational expenses. The extender may be part of an ARRIS Wi-Fi Home system to deliver high-performance Wi-Fi throughout the home as part of an auto-configuring, auto-optimizing Wi-Fi EasyMesh™ network.
Furthermore, the product comes with an integrated ARRIS ECO Agent TR-069 client. A future software option will be support for the next generation of CPE management standards with the integration of the ARRIS Envoy USP (User Service Platform) client.
